Question: Which carrier will be used to ship my international package?

Answer: 'International Priority Express Mail' Service provides an affordable, fast, and reliable way to deliver international packages to 180 countries around the world (Battle Zone Hobbies does not service all these markets). In most cases, delivery is made within 3/days to 5/days to major international markets (Note: some international markets may take longer & customs delays are possible). The weight for this service is up to 70lbs. This service includes a tracking number.  Insurance may be collected at time of checkout for high-end 3R and DID figures to help with insurance costs.

Answer: 'International First Class Mail' Service provides an affordable, fast, and reliable way to deliver small international packages to 180 countries around the world (Battle Zone Hobbies does not service all these markets). In most cases, delivery is made within 14/days to major international markets (Note: some international markets may take longer & customs delays are possible). The weight for this service is up to 4lbs. This service includes a tracking number.  Dimensions for LxWxH may be no more than 36 inches total.

Question: What additional fees can I expect for my shipment?

Answer: You, as the Buyer, are responsible for any fees associated with customs, duties, and taxes or any other fee that your country may impose. Please do not ask me to lower the declared value, so that taxes will be cheaper for you. The reason that I can't lower the declared value is that the declared value and insurance values must be the same, and in the case of damage or a lost shipment, Battle Zone Hobbies will not be out any money and I will be able to return your money. I will however, mark the shipment as a 'GIFT'.

Question: How do I know if you ship to my country?

Answer: If you sign-up for a free Battle Zone Hobbies account, you can add items to your cart and see if we ship to your country. If you don't see a shipping fee, we don't ship to your country. **Important News**

Category: International Customer Discount

If you are an international customer this will affect you. Since I had to raise the prices for my core customer to be able to offer Free Domestic Shipping on every product. I have come to the conclusion that this was not fair to international customers, since they do no get Free Shipping offered to them. Effective 05/01/2018 I am giving international customers a discount on most boxed figures ordered. This doesn't include any Loose Accessories. This should make up for the raised prices. On the website you should be able to see an 'International Customer Price' now. In order to buy a product at this price I have to setup your Battle Zone Hobbies User Account.
