Question: What if I receive something that I didn't order?
Answer: If an item is received that you didn't order please contact Customer Service immediately (with the link at the bottom of this page). Items that you didn't order will qualify for a store credit, exchange (for the right item, if available), or refund. Store credits, exchanges, and refunds will be given, upon inspection of item(s), once we receive it. When you contact us we will give you the address of where to send the figure back to. Initially you will have to pay for postage, via the United States Postal Service (USPS), to send it back to us, but rest assured we will reimburse you with the full postage amount with your choice of either a store credit or a paypal payment once a receipt (either electronic or by mail) is produced.
- Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
- Battle Zone Hobbies is responsible for shipping charges of incorrectly shipped products.
