Question: What is the Returns and Exchange Policy?

Answer: Battle Zone Hobbies strives to sell the best product possible and at a fair price. We inspect all orders before they are shipped, to insure that your boxed product(s) have all their seals intact and that they are in the best possible shape before shipping. We also do a visual inspection on all loose accessories to ensure that they meet with our high quality standards. We know that the carrier can be hard on your packages sometimes and that is why we accept returns for store credit, up to 30 calendar days after the delivery of your product. If it is past 30 calendar days after the delivery, It will be at Battle Zone Hobbies Management's sole discretion whether to accept a return for a store credit (minus the shipping charges and insurance fees). Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition" unless the box has been damaged in-transit by the carrier. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • without showing signs of wear or damage in any way and on boxed figures the seals are intact on the box (if they were there to start with).
  • within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period, other than that of 30 days noted in that item's particular item description.

Question: What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

Answer: If an item is received damaged or defective please contact Customer Service immediately (with the link at the bottom of this page). Items that are damaged or defective will qualify for a store credit, exchange, or refund (minus the shipping charges and insurance fees). Store credits, exchanges, and refunds will be given, upon inspection of item(s), once we receive it. When you contact us we will give you the address of where to send the figure back to. Initially you will have to pay for postage, via the United States Postal Service (USPS), to send it back to us, but rest assured we will reimburse you with the full postage amount with your choice of either a store credit or a paypal payment once a receipt (either electronic or by mail) is produced.

Question: What if I receive something that I didn't order?

Answer: If an item is received that you didn't order please contact Customer Service immediately (with the link at the bottom of this page). Items that you didn't order will qualify for a store credit, exchange (for the right item, if available), or refund. Store credits, exchanges, and refunds will be given, upon inspection of item(s), once we receive it. When you contact us we will give you the address of where to send the figure back to. Initially you will have to pay for postage, via the United States Postal Service (USPS), to send it back to us, but rest assured we will reimburse you with the full postage amount with your choice of either a store credit or a paypal payment once a receipt (either electronic or by mail) is produced.

  • Again you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
  • Battle Zone Hobbies is responsible for shipping charges of incorrectly shipped products.
